ABOUT ME
My name is Sarah Catherine and I'm a qualified English teacher with more than 15 years of experience.
I've been teaching English since 2010 while living and working in Ireland, Belgium, Italy and, of course, the U.K.
Prior to becoming a full-time teacher, I have worked in the communication industry in London, UK.
I'm a qualified TESOL and School teacher. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature with Spanish, two Master's degrees in English and Translation and I have also completed a Master of Research (MRes) in Linguistics.
I am also a qualified ELE teacher (Spanish as a Foreign Language), a qualified Teachers' Trainer and have recently started to publish ELT articles on different platforms and specialised journals.
I have always found joy in learning. But it wasn’t until I started teaching that I realised just how much I enjoyed creating learning experiences and sharing knowledge with students of all ages and backgrounds.
In each course I teach, I work hard to create an engaging, eye-opening, friendly and challenging syllabus - one that will help my students expand their horizons and push their boundaries. I appreciate my students’ feedback and welcome an open dialogue in each and every class.
